The “Bloodhunt Giveaway” located at Gamescom Köln 2022 is comprised of a giveaway to random visitors to the Bloodhunt booth at Gamescom Köln 2022 – a computer and video games event.
Sharkmob will giveaway prizes to random visitors that take pictures or videos of themselves by the Bloodhunt photowall and post such content with the hashtag “#Bloodhunt” in selected social media channels.
The winners will be selected on August 30th 2022 using randomization software, and Sharkmob will contact the winners on their social media accounts that have been used for posting the hashtagged pictures.
- What are the rules? What terms apply? By participating in the Bloodhunt Giveaway (including any Weekly Leaderboard), you accept and agree to be bound by these “Giveaway Terms” and acknowledge the Bloodhunt Privacy Policy, located at bloodhunt.com/privacypolicy. All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Giveaway Terms have the meaning given to them in the Bloodhunt Terms.
- Eligibility. The Bloodhunt Giveaway is open to all eligible Bloodhunt booth visitors that
- take a photo or video of themselves in front of the Bloodhunt photowall in the Bloodhunt booth, and
- post such photo or video on the social media platforms “Instagram”, “TikTok”, “Twitter”, or “Facebook”, and
- and hashtag that post with “#Bloodhunt”, and
- follow the @bloodhunt game account.
In addition, visitors must be at least the minimum age to consent to personal data collection under the law in their jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, persons located in any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or has otherwise applied any economic sanctions are not eligible for participation in the Bloodhunt Giveaway.
- Winners. The winners of the Bloodhunt Giveaway will be eligible to claim a prize in accordance with Section 5 below. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible visitors. Without limiting any other terms of these Giveaway Terms, Sharkmob reserves the right to disqualify any visitor, in its sole discretion, if Sharkmob finds evidence or has cause to suspect such visitor of receiving an unfair advantage over other visitor.
- Prizes. The prizes for the Bloodhunt Giveaway include are:
- 1 custom Bloodhunt PC
- 1 custom Bloodhunt PlayStation 5
- 8 custom Xtrify keyboards
If the actual value of a prize is less than its stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sharkmob for a prize of equal or greater value. Sharkmob will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to receipt of prizes
Sharkmob will contact winners via social media. (Please see Section 5 below titled “How to Claim a Prize,” for further information.)
- How to Claim a Prize. Sharkmob will contact winners via the social media accounts that have been used to post the hashtagged pictures or videos of themselves. If a winner does not reply to Sharkmob, or Sharkmob is unable to verify the potential winner’s participation, or an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release (if required) is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be eligible in Sharkmob’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to who posted a winning picture or video, the picture or video will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the social media account that has been used to submit the winning picture or video. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media account by an social media platform or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for such accounts. Allow six (6) weeks for delivery or fulfillment of prizes.
- Additional Conditions. Sharkmob reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Bloodhunt Giveaway (including the prizes or award of prizes) or any other event relating to the Bloodhunt Giveaway in whole or in part, if in Sharkmob’s opinion (a) the Bloodhunt Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Bloodhunt Giveaway by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sharkmobs’ control, or (b) any other factors beyond Sharkmob’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Bloodhunt Giveaway, in all instances without liability to visitors. Sharkmob also reserves the right to disqualify any visitor or winner, as determined by Sharkmob, in its sole discretion.
